The R34-generation Skyline was introduced in May 1998 and was available in coupe and sedan body styles. It was slightly shorter than its predecessor, the R33, and it was seen by enthusiasts as a return to form for the Skyline. The GT model benefited from an updated interior that brought the Skyline nameplate into the 21st century. Production ended in 2001.
Power comes from an RB25DET 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-6, rated at approximately 276 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
