Launched for 2015, the VA-generation WRX and WRX STI were split from the Impreza that they were based on. Production ended in 2021, and the STI hasn't been replaced yet.
Power comes from a 2.5-liter turbocharged flat-4 engine, which produces 305 horsepower and 290 lb-ft of torque in stock form. Due to the modifications performed to this WRX STI, it likely produces more power, but a dyno sheet was not provided to confirm. Output is sent to all four wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission and Subaru's Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system.
