3. User Accounts

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. BidWheels.net is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bidding Rules

4.1 Binding Bids

All bids placed on BidWheels.net are final and legally binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the vehicle at the bid amount if you are the winning bidder.

4.2 Bid Retraction

Bids cannot be retracted once placed. In exceptional circumstances, contact support within 1 hour of placing the bid.

4.3 Auction Extensions

We reserve the right to extend auction end times in the event of technical issues or suspicious activity.

4.4 Reserve Prices

Some auctions may have confidential reserve prices. If the reserve is not met, the auction may be canceled even if you are the highest bidder.

5. Payments & Fees

5.1 Payment Obligations

Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours of auction end. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank Transfer (wire transfer)
• Other methods as displayed on the payment page

5.3 Fees

Buyer's premium may apply to winning bids. Any applicable fees are disclosed before bidding.

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, and import duties.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Pickup & Shipping

Winning bidders are responsible for arranging vehicle pickup or shipping. Shipping costs are not included in the bid amount unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Delivery Timeline

Sellers must prepare vehicles for pickup within 7 business days of payment confirmation.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon pickup or delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Place bids with no intention of completing the purchase
• Use multiple accounts to manipulate auctions
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our Platform
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Harass other users or our staff
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content on BidWheels.net, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of BidWheels.net or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete payment after winning a bid
• Harassment of other users

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers

BidWheels.net provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy of vehicle descriptions or condition
• That you will win any auction
• The availability of any specific vehicle

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidWheels.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in fees to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
